How can I get involved with the TEKXNE community?

We're building TEKXNE as a community-first brand, not just a store. Do you collaborate with artists?

Yes! Collaborating with artists is part of what TEKXNE is built around. If you're an artist interested in making something with us, whether that's a clothing collaboration, a custom art piece, handmade items, or something we haven't thought of yet, let us know. We're always looking to help build the reach and exposure of smaller artists using our platform. Reach out through our Contact Us page or our Instagram and tell us what you have in mind!

Where can I find updates on production and tooling progress?

We share progress updates, including tooling milestones and testing, on our social media. It's the fastest way to see what's happening as we move toward production. We are most active on Instagram.

When will I get my order?

Since TEKXNE Sticks are currently a pre-order, delivery isn't immediate, your order goes toward funding the injection mold tooling and final production testing needed to actually make them. Expect a minimum of 3+ months from when you order to when it ships, and we'll share updates along the way as tooling and testing progress.

If you're in the Greater Victoria area, we'll hand-deliver your order for free once it's ready, we'll email you to schedule a time. Everyone outside that area ships via Canada Post and/or a courier once production units are ready, with rates calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How can i get my order faster?

The single biggest thing that speeds up production and delivery for everyone, including you, is spreading the word! Sharing a post, telling a friend, or just talking about TEKXNE helps us reach the number of pre-orders we need to fund tooling faster, which moves production up for the whole community. If you'd like to help spread the word, contact us and we'll send you some promotional materials to share!

What is your refund policy?

Because TEKXNE Sticks are currently sold as pre-orders, refunds work a little differently than they would for an in-stock product. While your order is still in the pre-order stage, refunds aren't available until production has been set up, once that happens, you'll have 30 days to request one, and after that window closes, pre-orders are considered final and will be fulfilled as production completes.

Once you've received your TEKXNE Stick, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund if you've simply changed your mind, as long as it's unused and in its original condition (with all original components, hardware, and packaging). If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, that's covered separately and at any time, no need to wait for either window. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving their order.

Will I receive my tekxne stick by christmas?

As a pre-order, your TEKXNE Stick has a minimum delivery timeline of 3+ months from when you order, and that timeline is tied to reaching enough pre-orders to fund tooling and completing final production testing, so it can run longer depending on how those milestones go. If getting it by a specific date matters to you, order as early as possible and feel free to contact us for our best current estimate. We'd rather be upfront that we can't promise a holiday delivery date than commit to something we might not hit, but we're doing everything we can to make it happen, and your help can make it happen even faster.

Where are your products manufactured?

The TEKXNE Stick will be manufactured in Canada and assembled on Vancouver Island, Canada. Some individual components are sourced from overseas, but we've made an effort to keep production based in Canada at every step of the process.

How much does shipping cost?

If you're in the Greater Victoria area, shipping is free, we hand-deliver locally at no cost. For everyone else, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and live carrier rates through Canada Post and/or a courier service, so the exact cost depends on where you're located. For international orders, including the EU, we choose shipping options that include customs duties in the checkout price where possible; where that's not available, any additional customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
