Shipping policy
This policy is provided by Tekxne Creative Corporation, operating as TEKXNE ("we," "us," "our").
1. Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
The TEKXNE Stick is currently sold as a pre-order. Your order funds the injection mold tooling and final production testing needed to bring the TEKXNE Stick into production, so shipping doesn't happen immediately. Expect a minimum of 3+ months from order to delivery. We'll share updates as tooling and testing progress, and communicate any delays as they come up.
2. Free Local Delivery (Greater Victoria Area)
Customers located in the Greater Victoria area can select free local delivery at checkout instead of standard shipping. This option is available now during the pre-order phase and will continue once the TEKXNE Stick moves into production.
We hand-deliver to the Greater Victoria area, including Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Colwood, Langford, Metchosin, Sooke, and Sidney, generally anywhere south of the Malahat. If you're unsure whether your address qualifies, email us at info@tekxne.com and we'll confirm.
Once your TEKXNE Stick is ready, we'll reach out by email to schedule a delivery time.
3. Standard Shipping (Outside Greater Victoria)
Once production units are ready, orders outside the Greater Victoria free-delivery zone ship via Canada Post and/or a courier service (such as UPS or Purolator), depending on your destination and order size. Shipping is not free outside the local-delivery zone. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and live carrier rates.
4. International & EU Shipping
The TEKXNE Stick ships worldwide, including to the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Where possible, we select shipping services that include customs duties and import taxes in the checkout price. Where that option isn't available for your destination, any additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
